How’s everyone doing?

If you feel like you are getting stressed and that there is not enought time in the day, dont worry you’re not going crazy. To ride the crest of this conciousness and not get stressed, have some time in the day for YOU! Sit with your back straight against a wall, close your eyes and just focus on your breathing. Tilt your head back slightly and move your eyes up as though you are looking through your eyebrows. Do this for minimum of 15 mins for 30 days (doing it for this time will make it into a habit). You will find after a  couple of days that you are not as stressed as before and  that you can think clearly and enjoy more of your life.

Hi Everyone

I know, I know, I know, where have I been? The last post was on the 31 march!!! It’s not that I don’t have anything to write is just that I didn’t think that anyone read this blog so I stopped putting stuff up…. now since looking at my stats in March I had 700 visits!!!! I’d better write something then…..

So whats been going on? Well one thing is that I’m fed up with trusting people who don’t deliver… They must see me coming. Here he is another gullible person who thinks he can make money off the internet, ‘yes please I would like to purchase your product that will make me money as I sleep’. BAM!!!! They’ve got me!

I must say one thing though I have joined an AWESOME membership which does have VALUE and I will tell you about it later….

I’ve been through everything from ‘horse betting’ to ’spread’ and ‘google slapper’ to ‘ebay’ and it all seems to be false promises….The thing is with the internet you can’t go back to them you just have to trust Paypal and Clickbank to give you a refund.

It’s been lonely too… Being single and not having any close friends makes it really hard. Not having the money to do what I wanted to do and having to really budget is really getting to me, is this what life is about? I think not. Am I doing the right thing I keep asking myself? Maybe this is part of the story, they say that ‘if you are not worried, you’re not risking enough’ and I seem to be worried quite a lot.

All this negativity, its not like you Charles…. sorry I know. Ok, lets ‘flipswitch’!!!

You’ve got to got to this website http://www.empoweredlivingradio.com/archives.html I’ve been doing this and downloading to my phone and playing it while I’m gardening and it is great. They have loads of guest speakers and the host just makes you sooooooo positive and the best thing its all FREE!!! You’ve got to check it out.

Also you’ve got to check this out… It literally gives you loads of energy and it makes you feel sooo alive. I’ve been doing it off and on for the past couple of months and its AWESOME.

How To Get Your Subconscious To Work For You

Hi,

I know my posts are getting few and far between. I’ve been doing other things, so what is it I’ve been doing….? Gardening!! It’s great and I think I’ve found my passion.

I mean it’s always something that I have liked doing but this week I’ve really loved it. Being outside with the birds and in the hum of the environment and on a deeper level, helps you feel connected. Better than being behind a computer at times…. 

If you are stressed or confused get out and do something in the garden or just do something different. Things come to you when you are gardening, thoughts, ideas and solutions.

Joe Vitale who I have mentioned in one of my previous blogs actually says that if you ask your subconscious mind to do something while you are doing something else it will do it.

You can treat it as though it is your personal assistant, for example you say to yourself ‘I want you to write this incredible eBook for me, go to work and when you are done give me a nudge’, then you do something like gardening cleaning sleeping etc.

After a while you will feel the urge to write that book and you’ll write so freely and effortlessly. Much better than doing it straight away and battling away at it. I remember the author J.K Rowling wrote one of her books in a cafe, this is the same kind of thing.

That’s what I did as I write this, I just told myself that I want to write a good blog and the words just keep coming. Try it you’ll be amazed!

I wonder why we don’t study the conscious mind in our schools then. Someone trying to keep something from us, huh? Somehow I get that feeling.

Anyway thank you for reading and if you ever stuck in anything get out and do something else.

Hi,

Fourteen days after my last post, I know not good but you know what I’ve had? No not flu but information overload!!! Affiliate marketing,  PPC, social Bookmarking, video marketing, adsense, Google adwords the list just keeps going. All I want to do is make some money online…  What could I do, I asked myself.  I’ve written a book but I don’t think its enough for one product. Then suddenly this came to me an EZ way to read Think and Grow Rich ebook by Napoleon Hill. I’ve produced the first chapter and I would like to share it with you. Just click on the screen below.

What do you think? I left the music playing  because it’s just so good and I didn’t want to stop it. I know what you are probably thinking that the words were too fast… Amazingly enough our subconcious minds pick up a lot without us thinking. So even if you had missed a couple of words you will still get the meaning.

Why the music?
Baroque (Pachelbel) movements helps you reach a certain state of relaxation,  in which the receptivity is increased.

How To Be Self Motivated

I have just completed an experiment with myself for 28 days that I would like to share with you.  A couple of months ago I read an article about being motivated and all it takes is 28 days.

If you do something for 28 days you form a neuron circuitry within your brain that turns these activities into habits. After 28 days you then have the choice whether you want to continue or go back to you old ways.

What made me more motivated was the fact that I had left my job and decided to work for myself. With the internet it is quite easy for anyone to start there own business promoting/producing products. That’s what I decided to do. To make it work I pretended that working for myself was an actual job starting at 9 and finishing at 5.

I made it important that I should be at my desk at 9 prompt everyday for 28 days and no later. I would get up at 745 do some EFT to start my day, stretch and go for a 30 min jog. Shower, breakfast to be at work for 9. I would read emails from my emails accounts to 10 then work to 3 doing my To-Do list. The afternoon I would go out on my bike, which I love to do and then back at work for 6 and continue on my list till 10.

These sessions of work would be split in to hours and after every hour I would tick what I have done on my list.  Also I decided to give up drinking, 28 days without drinking… don’t get me wrong I love a beer now and again but I just wanted to see if I could do this be completely free from alcohol. This in itself is an achievement. This was my day for 28 days.

Did things get hard? Yes they did but when they did I would try not to put any thought to it. My mum would say ‘Charlie don’t think, just do’ and she’s right you know. All successful people today do not put any thought to things that they don’t like doing they just do it without thinking. Over the 28 days that’s what I did but I did it by sensing.

What I mean is, I don’t like shaving so instead of thinking ‘geez I’ve got to shave… I don’t like it’ I would start to be aware of my senses instead. As I turned the tap hot water I would be aware of the tap in my hand, the smell of the foam, the feeling of it on my face, the sound of the water, the feeling of the razor over my skin and then the rinse of the water from my face at the end. Just really being present at the activity of shaving.

Sensing it as some kind of art by being totally present in it. You can do this with everything such as ironing, washing, cleaning etc. Jobs can be  mundane but when you really sense what you are doing they’re no longer mundane. Your mind will interfer with you  and tell you to do this and that but try to be aware of this and resort back to just being in the moment and using all your senses. So now the things that I don’t like particularly doing I never put any thought to them I just do them and I feel good when I have completed them.

So if you have something that you want to do. Do it for 28 days. What’s 28 days out of your lifetime, nothing. Being self disciplined is when you keep doing things no matter what emotion you are in. So do as my mum says ‘don’t think just do’ and really be in the present use your senses as a guide to being focused. You will be amazed that after this 28 days you then have the CHOICE to continue or to go back to your old ways.  Before the 28 days challenge to go back to your old ways would be easy but after you just want to continue because you can see the benefits of what you have done.

What am I going to do? Keep doing what I’ve been doing…. This has been a great challenge and I have proven to myself that I can do it. This challenge has made me realise that life can be rewarding in so many small ways and the days are really worth living.

Experiment with yourself. Ask yourself  ‘what do I want to achieve’ or ‘what do I want to give up’? Then just do it for 28 days.

Awakening Mind

Awakening Mind - Do you ever have that feeling that this is it in the world and you just wish that there was more? Do you ever ask yourself the question, why am I here, what’s it all about, what is my purpose? Why do you think your here? I mean you came here with nothing and you are going to leave with nothing… so what’s it all about….? I think it is about growing within, being a better person, helping others and becoming aware of who we really are and what we are capable of doing. It all became clear to me when I saw Dr Joe Vitale on the ‘masters gathering’ explaining the stages of being aware and awakening mind.

 

Awakening MindThere are 4 stages of awareness according to dr Joe vitale. The first stage is where a lot of people are sadly they stay there for the whole of their lives and that is the ‘victim stage’ this is when you constantly feel like you’re the victim of your life, the phrase ‘that’s life’ comes to mind.

The second stage is when you just surrender to the divine (the higher consciousness) as there are only a certain things you can manifest so you just ‘ride with it’.

The third stage is when you realise that when you have focus you can literally manifest what you want in your life. If you really want something and you can feel it in your heart that you want it and you focus on getting it without any negative thoughts about it, you WILL get it. You find that ‘you create your life’.

 Finally the fourth stage is when you just ‘be’. As Deepak Chopra says, you’re not a human thinking or human doing you’re a human being. This is where you can find true peace within. When you meditate and you focus on your breathing, your energy and how you are feeling in the moment after a while you will feel ‘pure joy’. Just release and let go of all attachments and just ‘be’. I am not at this level but I have had seconds of time in the 4th stage when meditating and it is truly ‘wonderful’. I’m at the 2nd level and my focus is to be successful in the internet marketing and self development. I can feel it in my heart and that is why I gave up my day job to focus 110% on it.

Awakening Mind

To control your thoughts would be a mere impossible task but if you constantly look for good in everything you have more power over what you are thinking. What I tend to do is split my day into segments so whenever I move my body that counts as 1 segment and then I ask myself what I want to see feel hear intend in that segment. When you intend to see good stuff your mind shifts and if you continue to do this all you will see is good stuff. Even when something bad happens you will be so high with good thoughts that it won’t affect you so much. It is best so show some empathy for others if they are having a bad day but be aware not to let it bring you down. After a while you will see that your life will get better and things start changing, as they say first change yourself from within which will then change what you see without.Awakening mind is where you realise that you can control your thoughts to what you want to have in your life. Start being aware of what it is that you are thinking and think of you mind like a ‘Google’ search engine to see what your results are.

Being aware of your mind’s thoughts is a hard thing to do. According to some people we think of thousands of thoughts a day and the majority of them are negative. Then you wonder why all this bad stuff is happening to you.

Hi

I have a new theme to my blog, what do you think? New ‘theme’ new beginning….

You know what this internet ‘malarky’ is the quite unbelievable, dont you think? There’s me trying to make some ecovers for my E-books for my blog. I was pulling my hair out…. So I got on to twitter.com and asked some people if someone could help me. I then found dave at davepumfrey.com he said that I should get in contact with a lady called Tara at taradipalma.com as she is the one who creates all these great ecovers. She was absolutely brilliant!! She spent 8 hours with me over the course of 2 days to get my ebooks and blog looking good, thats 8 hours in total and she lives in Australia so it was the morning for her!! So whenever you think that you need help just ask people. Get on to twitter.com and find those who have similar buisness and common interests as you and then when you are feeling helpless just shoot them a line that you need help. Someone will always be there.

So now to help you start your own buisness online I have found 2 books that will do just that. How To Develop a Millionaire Mind is a 26 page book that will help you change your mindset about money and how you too can be wealthy and a report of a collection of websites/links that will get you going.

I am sure if you have the inner makings of a Millionaire and use these websites and plan your goals you will no doubt succeed. There are three words that will drive you forward, well they do for me… ‘I CAN DO IT’. If you say these words 6 times whenever you are feeling low your mind will shift and you’ll start believing that you can do it. As Henry Ford said, ‘If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right’. You know you are the one who can control your own thoughts no one else. Start putting good thoughts into your ’search engine’ and see what comes up.

Hi

I just want to tell you where I am at in my life. Maybe you yourself would love to do what I am doing and just take the big step to freedom?

About 2 weeks ago I was in a 9-5 job fixing, programming and maintaining cash registers. As I had only been there for a year I was known as ‘The Boy’, you know the apprentice, the one to be trained up but there wasn’t any training and I felt like a monkey in a cage. Do you ever have that feeling that you have no real control? Then I read something on a website called www.stevepavlina.com about stepping out of your job and doing what you really want to do.

After reading this I just got the urge to do something, something away from this job. So I kept on asking myself, ‘What could I do’ and ‘how can I increase my income’? I bought a few online systems and started to apply myself. I tried to do this part-time after work but after a while I felt irritable. My job just has to give. I found that I had just enough money to live on for a month or so and I decided to leave.

Now this is my second week of freedom! I have literally separated my self entirely from others. I haven’t watched any TV apart from the Oscars or listened to the radio. I have been 100% focused on building my only business and you know what I just feel soooo alive! My parents think I’m ‘nuts’ but they’re not living my life.

This is my plan of what I have been doing for the past couple of weeks

7:00 Awake

7:00 - 7:15 Emotional Freedom Technique EFT - focus on starting my day feeling really good while tapping my acupuncture points

7:15 - 7:45 Meditation - Focus on breathing and visualizing my ideal life what I really want

7:45 - 8:00 Stretching

8:00 - 8:30 Jogging - Mind gym (I will tell you about this technique in another blog)

8:30 - 9:00 Shower Dress Breakfast

9:00 - 10:00 Emails/Reading Offers/Bob Proctor 6mins coaching

10:00 - 14:00 Split into 1 hour segments
Each segment I work on my To-Do List and
is timed by a stopwatch or mobile phone
stopwatch.

Total focus for that segment -
That means Email off/no music/distraction/no toilet

After each segment I note what I have done and
how long it has taken then I ’stretch my legs’ and have an ‘eye bath’
(rubbing my hands together really fast then placing them over my eyes
and deep breathing for about 2mins)

14:00 - 15:00 Lunch

15:00 - 16:00 Gym shopping walk or cycling (a chance to get outside and get the heart beating)

16:00 - 20:00 4/1 hour segments Working on my To-Do list

20:00 - 22:00 Eat/Reading/Meditation/Surfing the net/listening to music/chilling out

22:00 - Bed

That’s my day. My goal is to do this for 28 days as after this your brain has rewired itself to make it a habit. I will repeat that again, after 28 days of doing something your brain will think that this is what you DO everyday. Try it for 28 days get rid of something or do something but only for 28 days and see how you feel after it. Experiment with yourself!

You will see that there is not much of a social life within my day. This is because I’m in the process of building my business and to totally focus on the positive, I’m not saying that my friends are negative but with the way that the world is no one can help talking negative issues that I really don’t need to hear at the moment. As soon as I have built my business I will have less time to work on it and more freedom to be with my friends and to do what I want. You know what I really want? I want to buy a Mercedes sprinter and do it out into a luxurious camper and travel Europe helping others see that they too can have the life they want. I want to be an example to others that when you focus on something that’s what you’ll get. What do you want?

Do you really want to be working for someone else…? If you keep asking yourself, ‘What could I do to make more money?’ ‘How can I increase my income’? You will find thoughts coming to you with suggestions on what you could do. If it feels good follow that thought, that’s what I did and you’ll see.

Hello

I did a great little exercise today that i want to share with you.

This exercise had to do with the most negative emotion called FEAR. When you allow fear to come into your life it causes anxiety and people go to the doctors to cure the anxiety instead of looking fear in the eye and facing it dead on. Whenever I have a feeling of doubt worry which in time leads to fear I now face these feelings conciously and do this procedure. What I do is I literally say stop in my my head or out loud if I am by myself and take a deep breath I then think of something that I do want or that I CAN achieve 6 times and then to finish of, I praise myself for doing this. You will find that you can control your feelings before you think they become you.

You can also try this. Write down in the next 5 minutes all the times when you felt fear in your life. Then rip it up in to tiny little pieces saying that ‘Fear will no longer dominate my life’. Obviously it will probably show its face now and again but you will be able to handle it better. When I did this I felt weirdly relieved and good about myself.
