I did a great little exercise today that i want to share with you.
This exercise had to do with the most negative emotion called FEAR. When you allow fear to come into your life it causes anxiety and people go to the doctors to cure the anxiety instead of looking fear in the eye and facing it dead on. Whenever I have a feeling of doubt worry which in time leads to fear I now face these feelings conciously and do this procedure. What I do is I literally say stop in my my head or out loud if I am by myself and take a deep breath I then think of something that I do want or that I CAN achieve 6 times and then to finish of, I praise myself for doing this. You will find that you can control your feelings before you think they become you.
You can also try this. Write down in the next 5 minutes all the times when you felt fear in your life. Then rip it up in to tiny little pieces saying that ‘Fear will no longer dominate my life’. Obviously it will probably show its face now and again but you will be able to handle it better. When I did this I felt weirdly relieved and good about myself.
